This Privacy Policy explains how MiniDraw ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our iOS application. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users — and especially of children.

1. Information we do not collect

MiniDraw is designed to work without collecting personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

  • Names, email addresses, or contact details
  • Photos, videos, or files from your device
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers used for advertising
  • Any personal information from children

The app does not require an account, sign‑in, or registration of any kind.

2. Information stored only on your device

Drawings, projects, and app settings created in MiniDraw are stored locally on your device. This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

3. Analytics and tracking

MiniDraw does not use third‑party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks. We do not track usage, crashes, or behavior across apps or websites.

4. Children's privacy

MiniDraw is intended for children. In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU GDPR, and Apple's guidelines for kids apps, we do not knowingly collect, store, or share personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).

5. In‑app purchases

If MiniDraw offers in‑app purchases or subscriptions, all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment details such as credit card numbers. Purchase information shared with us by Apple is limited to what is necessary to enable the purchased content inside the app.

6. Third‑party services

MiniDraw does not include third‑party advertising, social media buttons, or links to external websites within the kids‑facing experience.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or our website.
