These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MiniDraw application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the app

MiniDraw is a drawing and coloring application designed for children, available on iPhone and iPad (iOS). The app provides drawing tools, coloring pages, color palettes, stickers, and background music. All content created in the app is stored locally on your device.

2. Eligibility and parental consent

MiniDraw is intended for use by children with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the app, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the child's behalf.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. In‑app purchases and subscriptions

The app may offer optional one‑time purchases or auto‑renewing subscriptions to unlock additional content or features.

  • Payment. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
  • Auto‑renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing subscriptions. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device.
  • Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store refund policy.
  • Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited if you purchase the subscription before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, modify it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content included in the app — including illustrations, stickers, music, icons, and software — is the property of MiniDraw or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniDraw and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to the app and terms

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
